The CELL is a dedicated space within the Collier Library for interactive maker technology. Here, you can submit requests to use our 3D Printers and Posters, use the Mac computers and video editing software for academic projects and hobbies, and explore both digital and traditional creation with our tablet and digital pen, the letter die cutter for cutting out letters and shapes, and the electronic keyboard for music composition.
The CELL is located on the Ground Floor of the library, next to the Computer Lab.
The purpose of the Collier Library Experiential Learning Lab is to provide the university community with access to innovative technology and a collaborative space to support education and entrepreneurial activities.
If wishing to use the CELL as part of a course session, please contact Hunter Tinsley (htinsley@una.edu; 256.765.4308.) in advance.
The CELL is open and available during standard hours of operation of the Collier Library.
